Não consigo atualizar os repositorios e nao consigo instalar alguns programas

Bom Dia,

Sou novo aki no forum e da distro Mint. Instalei no meu notebook o Mint 13 e quando dou um apt-get update nao atualiza os repositorios da essa msn.

    Por um lado algumas coisas melhoraram nesta versão nadya 14: a tradução para o português está quase completa; as configurações ficaram mais fáceis, No entanto e, por outro lado, algo estanho está ocorrendo. Também não estou conseguindo instalar alguns programas que baixava facilmente na versão 13.
    O wine, por exemplo, não consigo baixá-lo pela central; nem pelo synaptic e nem pelo terminal.
    Espero que estes problemas sejam solucionados o mais breve possível. Saí do Ubuntu 12.10 por causa disso, É inaceitável esse tipo de coisa para uma distro tão popular. Estava usando o mint 13 e, infelizmente, resolvi instalar a nova versão, já que não sei como atualizar o mint ou não tem essa opção... Estou no mint nadya 14 e, confesso, já penso em desistir ou voltar para a 13.

    Para quem não está conseguindo instalar o skype, wine, entre outros programas no Linuxmint 14 64 bits, entre no terminal e digite:


    sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386

    apt update


    pronto, tudo vai funcionar direitinho!
