Erro hash sum mismatch [RESOLVIDO]

Pessoal estou com o seguinte erro

Se a imagem não aparecer o erro é o seguinte: W:Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/trusty-update/main/binary-amd64/Packages Hash Sum mismatch.
Se alguém poder me ajudar eu agradeceria muito!

e coloca a saída aqui

a unica coisa que reparei é que o endereço está errado,

o seu está
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/[color=FF0000]dist[/color]/trusty-update/main/binary-amd64/Packages
o certo é
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/[color=FF0000]dists[/color]/trusty-update/main/binary-amd64/Packages

Acho que se você abrir o programa "fontes de aplicativos" e mudar o "Base (trusty)" já resolve
