Problemas ao baixar atualização ou instalar pacotes

Estou com o seguinte problema:
Até ontem, eu conseguia atualizar pacotes ou instalar algum programa pelo terminal ou loja de aplicativos, mas a partir de hoje aparece a seguinte mensagem de erro:
