Minha Internet vive caindo, me ajudem por favor

Como eu já disse minha internet está sempre caindo e na maioria das vezes eu tenho que reiniciar o pc para ela voltar. O colega hugoleal85 sugeriu que é um problema de driver de rede. Eu não sei qual é o problema, e se for isso msm eu não tenho a menor ideia de como resolver. Ficaria grato se alguém pudesse me ajudar a resolver isso pois está me gerando um grande desconforto, obrigado desde já!

    olha o erro que aparece quando eu tento usar o comando "/etc/init.d/networking restart":

  • eu estava pesquisando aqui e vi em alguns lugares q o problema pode ser com a placa de rede tbm. Eu pessoalmente acho pouco provável pq eu cheguei a utilizar um adaptador wireless via USB e o problema continuou o msm. Mas eu tbm não sei se o adaptador depende da placa de rede.

    No entanto por via das dúvidas eu gostaria de saber qual placa de rede eu teria que comprar para substituir a minha e se eu preciso formatar o computador depois de trocar?
