Problema com atualização

DISTRO --> LINUX MINT 10 - GNOME

pessoal estou com a seguinte dificuldade ao atualizar
tanto com

#aptitude update como #apt-get update

aparece um monte de Ignorado

Ja tentei varias formas

obrigado pela ajuda de todos ai...

entao meu linux mint 10 -(julia)-
Não esta instalado em um pendrive
eu ja nem sei mais o que colocar no sources.list
tem tudo quando servidor na minha source....
e so da erro Ignore, Ignore...e nao vai nem ferrando...

se eu dou comando apt-get ou aptitude para instalar um programa, o programa e instalado normalmente...

que mais posso colocar aqui...

ahhh ...alguem tem um source para mint Julia??
